Lower Norsewood Water Shutdown - 28 March 2025

As part of the Norsewood Water Treatment Plant upgrade and associated network flushing programme, Downer are installing new water flushing valves in Norsewood.
We will need to shut down water to the network while this is happening.
Water will be shut off for the Lower Norsewood residential area on Friday 28 March 2025 from 10am - 12pm.
Water will be shut off for a period of time for Upper Norsewood next week - dates and times to be confirmed.
Some residents may find their water cloudy or discoloured for a short time due to air and possible sedimentation in the reticulations line. If you experience this change in your water we recommend running your tap for 10-15 minutes, which should resolve the issue.
