Instalment 3 of the 2024/25 rates are due on 28 February 2025.

Notices have been sent:

• For those who receive rates by email, your Rates Assessment Notice should have been received on Friday, 31 January 2025. Please note that a separate email has been sent for each property—if you have multiple properties, you will receive multiple emails.
• For those who receive rates by post, your Rates Assessment Notice should have arrived during the week of 3–7 February 2025.

If you receive your Rates Assessment Notice by mail and it hasn’t arrived by 14 February 2025, please contact us.
