At its meeting held 25 September 2024, the Tararua District Council adopted the following bylaws:

• Keeping of Animals Bylaw 2024
• Alcohol Bylaw 2024
• Cemeteries Bylaw 2024
• Public Places Bylaw 2024

These Bylaws all come into operation from 30 September 2024.

Copies of these bylaws can be inspected at the Council’s Service Centres, and are available for download from Council’s website at: www.tararuadc.govt.nz/publications/bylaws-and-policies

Copies of the bylaws can be obtained from the Council’s Service Centres on payment of the printing fee as specified in Council’s Administrative Fees and Charges.
