Why are we doing this? To improve the traffic flow on site after independent review and minimise potential risk of vehicle collisions.

Why was the ‘old’ traffic movement not good enough? The ‘old’ traffic movement lacked guidance for members of the public resulting in high risk for them and staff of incidents with vehicles and site machinery.
