A Land Information Memorandum (LIM) is a report that provides information held by the
Council about a specific property. The report is prepared by the council, at your request.

As the year is winding down to a close, our processing dates for LIMs will be different due to
the Christmas and New Year break.

The last day for LIM report requests that could be completed before Christmas was Tuesday
the 10th of December 2024 (due to taking 10 working days to process a LIM report). Any
requests received from now to 24 December will not be completed before we close on 24
December.

Please note: No LIM processing will occur between 12 noon, Tuesday, 24 December
2024 and 8 am, Wednesday, 8 January 2025.
