A Land Information Memorandum (LIM) is a report that provides information held by the Council about a specific property. The report is prepared by the council, at your request.

As 2024 is winding down to a close, our processing dates for LIMs will be different due to the Christmas and New Year break.

Any LIM report requests received with payment from Tuesday the 10th of December 2024 onwards will be completed after the New Year break. It takes 10 working days to process a LIM report.

Please note that no LIM processing will occur between 12:00pm on the 24th December 2024, until 8:00am the 8th of January 2025.
