During the Christmas and New Year break our Antenno app will be taking a  short break.

From 12:00 midday on Tuesday 24 December 2024 to 8:00 am Wednesday 8 January 2025 we ask that any reports of an urgent  nature are sent to Council on our Customer Service numbers 06 374 4080 or 06 376 0110.

Council will still be sending notifications to  you on Antenno for anything important, such as weather warnings, road closures and all manner of non-planned circumstances.

We will, of course, be sending our routine reminders to you, such as mixed recycling and glass recycling.

The key message is  that if its is urgent call us  by telephone over this period
