Preparations for dive teams to progress with the temporary repairs to the Dannevirke impounded water supply have taken a little longer than originally anticipated, due to the complexity of the dive and the unique conditions the dive teams are working in.

Operations commenced today and we expect the repairs to be carried out on Thursday and Friday this week, one day later than originally planned. Staff and suppliers will be busy with this operation, so we have chosen to defer the public meeting until after repairs are complete. We have rescheduled the meeting to Tuesday 27 June.

We apologise for the postponement, we are keen to update you on the repairs and broader approach being taken to remedy the current challenges with Dannevirke’s water supply.
