Richard is currently the Manager Democracy Services but in his long service, spanning from the old days of the Dannevirke County Council up to today’s Tararua District Council, Richard has fulfilled many roles, interacting with and helping countless members of the public. Richard leaves us to take a well earned retirement where he plans to concentrate on his passion for horses.  

For members of the public that know Richard and who would like to say goodbye to him, we are holding a drop in session on Thursday 6 October from 10am to 2pm at his office at 40 Denmark Street where they can wish him all the best personally.
