Tararua Campgrounds will Require Vaccine Passports
From 15 December 2021, eligible people aged 12 years and over must be fully vaccinated to access camping grounds in the Tararua District.
Like many other businesses and organisations, we’re assessing how the move to the Traffic Light system (and the requirements around Vaccine Passports) affect the services and facilities we provide.
After an analysis of the risks, Council is announcing its first decision with regard to camping grounds.
This is to help keep staff, community and visitors safe and ensure those using the campground don’t put themselves or others at unnecessary risk.
